The Ameren Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to all employees and their family members. The EAP is a confidential counseling and referral service that can help you and your family successfully deal with life's challenges.
EAP services are available to you at no cost because Ameren has pre-paid for these services. Depending on the nature of your specific concern, you have up to six counseling sessions available per problem situation.
Call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for confidential help with alcohol/drug abuse, marriage and family problems, stress, emotional difficulties or personal matters.
All Ameren employees should use Magellan Health Services. Access the Magellan Health Web site at MagellanHealth.com or call 800.289.1109 or Ameren internal extension 43113 (314.554.3113) to arrange for a confidential consultation. Appointments are available on weekdays, evenings and on Saturdays.
