	Green-e Energy was established by the non-profit Center for Resource Solutions to provide information and an objective standard for consumers to compare renewable energy options and to verify that consumers get what they pay for. AmerenUE voluntarily accepts and supports the Green-e Energy Code of Conduct and Customer Disclosure Requirements and independent verification methods.    Green-e Energy assures customers that AmerenUE portrays their Pure Power renewable energy option accurately. The Green-e logo shown here can only be used with renewable energy options like this one that promise to meet Green-e Energy’s high standards of environmental and marketing integrity. 	Summary of Prices, Terms and Conditions for Pure Power
	AmerenUE’s Pure Power program is certified by Green-e Energy, which requires companies to provide their customers with this notice of Price, Terms and Conditions of service. 	Who should I contact for more information?
	Residential and small commercial customers may call customer service at 866.665.PURE (7873) or visit the Ameren Web site for Pure Power information: www.ameren.com/PurePower.    Medium and large commercial customers can view program information online and should contact their AmerenUE Key Account Executive for additional information on the program.
	How will I be billed?
	Participants who voluntarily enroll in the program will see a line item on their bill each month for “Pure Power,” which will represent the additional charge to their regular utility bill.
	How will my Pure Power bill be calculated?
	Residential and Small Commercial Customers: Usage-Based Option AmerenUE residential and small commercial customers participating in Pure Power will be charged an additional 1.5 cents per kilowatthour (kWh) for 100 percent of their energy usage. Example: Energy usage is 1,000 kWh per month. Pure Power charges will be 1.5 cents x 1,000 kWh = $15.00 extra per month.    Medium and Large Commercial Customers: Block Option AmerenUE medium and large business customers are able to participate by purchasing 1,000 kWh “blocks” of Pure Power for $15.00 per block. These customers can purchase as many blocks as they want. Example: A business elects to buy 10 blocks per month. Pure Power charges are 10 blocks x $15.00 = $150.00 extra per month.
	Will my Pure Power rates change over time?
	While the cost of regular electricity may vary over the years, the premium for Pure Power will remain consistent for the duration of this program, which runs until 2012.
	What fuel sources will be used to supply Pure Power?
	The Pure Power product will be sourced from a minimum of 75 percent wind resources and from up to 25 percent of other renewable resources. We purchase this renewable energy in the form of renewable energy certificates from Missouri, Illinois and the local Midwest power pool. 	What length of agreement is required?
	There is no minimum length of agreement for customers. Participants enroll once in Pure Power and remain enrolled unless they choose to cancel. All customers can cancel at any time without penalty.
	If I want to terminate this agreement, what is the early termination fee?
	There is no termination fee for residential or commercial customers.
	What other fees might I be charged?
	No other fees apply.
