Steps for Registering on Ameren.com
1.	Find a recent Ameren bill. You will need your 10-digit account number and the account name exactly as it appears on the address of the bill.
2.	Sign up and create a UserID and Password. The UserID and Password will be required to access your IL Credit information and other online account information. Hint: Use the “New User? Sign Up Now” link in the Customer Login box on the ameren.com home page to begin the registration process.
3.	Complete the registration with your 10-digit account number the account name exactly as it appears on your bill.
4.	Use your UserID and Password to view your IL Credit information and other online billing and account activities.
