Andrew M. Serri
President, Ameren Energy Marketing
  
Andrew M. Serri is the President of Ameren Energy Marketing (AEM), located in St. Louis, Mo. Mr. Serri came to Ameren from Carolina Power & Light (now Progress Energy), where he was responsible for all marketing and trading activity. At CP&L, Mr. Serri established management and operating structures for the wholesale power area; created and implemented trading and credit guidelines for all trading and marketing areas; and interviewed, staffed and managed four supervisors in four separate trading-related areas.
  
Prior to CP&L, Mr. Serri spent 18 years at American Electric Power (AEP) working in several areas, including engineering, system operations and power marketing and trading. His responsibility included dispatch and maintenance scheduling of individual generating units and the overall operation of the AEP system. In addition, he has prepared FERC filings, performed pricing analyses in support of long-term customer transactions, and was the senior long-term marketing manager. He was also central to the establishment of the trading function at AEP.
  
Responsibilities at Ameren include: creating, managing and implementing business plans, budgets, trading and marketing portfolios, and strategies for AEM. Mr. Serri is responsible for overall operations and business practices for AEM as well as all commercial RTO operations for Ameren Corporation.
  
Mr. Serri holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Ohio State University and an MBA from Franklin University. He also serves on boards of the St. Louis Arts & Education Council and the James S. McDonnell USO.

 

Don M. Mosier
Vice President, Ameren Energy Marketing
  
Don Mosier joined Ameren Energy Marketing in May 2000. As vice president, he provides daily management and oversight of all marketing, wholesale and retail origination, trading and account management activities.
  
Mr. Mosier has more than 20 years of experience in the utility industry, having held various positions of increasing responsibility in management consulting, engineering, operations, and power marketing.
  
He came to AEM from Carolina Power & Light (now Progress Energy) in Raleigh, N.C. He was instrumental in developing Progress’s merchant generation and marketing efforts and managing origination efforts in the SERC. His background at Progress Energy included wholesale business development, federal regulatory affairs, and nuclear power plant engineering and operations.
  
Prior to CP&L, he was manager of Engineering, U.S. Operations, for Canatom Corporation, an architectural/engineering firm based in Toronto, Canada. Canatom provides nuclear plant engineering and construction services internationally and management consulting and audit services to U.S. municipal, cooperative, and state commissions.
  
Mosier holds a master’s of business administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and a bachelor’s of science in civil engineering from the University of Virginia. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina, a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is also active in historic preservation on national and local levels.

 

William H. Dulle
Manager, Portfolio Management, Ameren Energy Marketing
  
Mr. Dulle joined Ameren Energy Marketing in 2000. He is responsible for management and oversight of AEM’s non-rate-regulated trading operations, including dispatch and optimization of over 6,000 MW of generation assets.
  
Mr. Dulle joined Union Electric Company in 1988 and held a variety of positions with Ameren prior to joining Ameren Energy Marketing. He holds an MBA degree from St. Louis University and a BA degree in Communication from University of Missouri-St. Louis.

 

Donald L. Gulley
Manager, Business Operations, Ameren Energy Marketing
  
Mr. Gulley joined Ameren Energy Marketing in 2000. As Manager, Business Operations, Mr. Gulley’s responsibilities include supervision, direction and evaluation of account management and commercial transmission personnel and activities that include contract management, overall assessment of the effectiveness of assigned marketing staff, and coordination efforts with back office. In addition, he is also responsible for coordinating AEM’s activities related to development and implementation of MISO business processes.
  
In 1988, Mr. Gulley joined Union Electric, and was named as Manager, Sales and Services in 1996. He holds an MBA degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a BS degree in Geology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.

 

Thomas B. Leigh
Manager, Sales and Marketing, Ameren Energy Marketing
  
Mr. Leigh joined Ameren Corporation in 1997 and has 10 years of experience developing power supply contracts in Illinois’ retail market. Since 2001 he has been responsible for power sales and marketing activities for Ameren Energy Marketing, overseeing the development of power supply contracts with wholesale and retail customers. Prior to joining Ameren Corporation, he worked for Woodward Clyde Consultants, an engineering consulting firm specializing in energy, infrastructure and environmental projects. Mr. Leigh holds a BS degree in Education from the University of Kansas.
